1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
We collect only the information you provide directly when using Flow Glow:
- Your name and profile preferences
- Cycle data (period start dates, cycle length, period length)
- Daily skin logs including selections, scores and journal notes
- Product shelf data and preferences
- Notification preferences
- Photos you choose to capture within the app
3. How your data is stored
All personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal data to our servers or any third party. Your cycle and skin data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.
4. Subscription data
If you subscribe to Flow Glow, payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive or store your payment details. Apple and Google’s privacy policies apply to payment processing.
5. Analytics
We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage data (such as which features are used most frequently) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
6. Third parties
We do not sell, rent, share or transmit your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. Ever.
7. Data deletion
You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app from your device. This permanently removes all locally stored data. Contact privacy@flowglow.me to request account deletion if applicable.
8. Children
Flow Glow is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via in-app notification. Continued use of Flow Glow after changes constitutes acceptance.
